3.4 Stock Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, products may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept Cash on Delivery as our payment method. Payment must be made in cash to the courier upon receipt of your order. Please prepare the exact amount when possible.

4.2 Order Cancellation

If you refuse delivery without valid reason or fail to accept the order, we reserve the right to decline future orders from your account.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across the Philippines. Shipping fees are ₱150 flat rate for all orders.

5.2 Delivery Timeframe

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive within 2-3 days, while provincial areas may take 5-7 days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

6.1 Warranty Coverage

All products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

6.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at keyzendz@gmail.com with photos and description. We will arrange for replacement or repair under warranty terms.

6.3 Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect returned items. Refund processing may take 7-14 business days depending on the payment method used.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Keyzendz or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyzendz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
